Ive been fermenting under pressure using a spunding valve. Instead of just releasing the co2 ive hooked the gas out from the fermenter to the liquid post on my keg that needs to be carbonated and the spunding valve to the keg gas out. Others im sure do this since few ideas are really original. I can also serve from the keg switch it to the gas side and attach a picnic tap
